Privacy

The short version: you don’t sign in, we don’t want your personal data, and the numbers you type are used to compute a result — not to build a profile of you.

No account, no personal data

Xearno Tools has no login and asks for no personal information. You can use every calculator without telling us who you are.

Your calculation inputs

The numbers you enter into a tool are used to produce its result. On the web, most tools compute directly in your browser. When a calculation runs on our server (for example, a tool that fetches live exchange rates), your inputs are processed to return the answer and are not stored as a record tied to you.

Calculation state can appear in the page URL so you can bookmark or share a result — that link lives on your device and wherever you choose to paste it.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are useful and whether people find them — page views and referrers, counted in aggregate. We do not sell data, run advertising trackers, or build cross-site profiles. Where possible we use cookieless measurement, so there’s nothing to consent to.

API & MCP usage

When the tools are called through the API or MCP server, we log anonymous, aggregate usage — which tool, over which channel, and the calling client’s user-agent — to operate the service, prevent abuse, and decide what to build. These logs are not linked to a personal identity.

The Xearno app is separate

The Xearno app is a separate product with its own, local-first privacy model and its own policy. Using these web tools does not create an app account or share anything with the app.

Contact & changes

This note may change as the service grows. Questions go to the team behind Xearno. See also our terms & disclaimer.

Draft policy for the pre-launch site — finalize once the analytics provider and hosting are chosen, and review by counsel before public launch.
